How do I care for the glass?
Most of the glass pieces are suitable for everyday use and where items are very delicate this is mentioned in the description. They are food safe and stain resistant, but should be washed by hand. Coasters are supplied with rubber stops on the bottom and continued emersion in water may make them come off. As with all glass, they are not shatter proof and will break if dropped onto a hard surface.
Is your glass handmade?
All of my glass pieces are handmade, all are designed by me, then the glass is cut by hand into shape and then kiln fired in my studio, often more than once to get the desired effect. Every piece is unique, but items can be ordered that are similar if you would like more than one of an item or like something that is sold. There may be very slight variations from the photographs, such as tiny bubbles in the glass or slight variations in size. I try to ensure that colours are accurate but sometimes this is difficult and in the odd case where the coloured glass does not photograph well, this will be mentioned in the description. None of these are flaws, they simply reflect the unique character of each piece and are a natural part of the handmade art glass process.

Do you accept returns?
I hope you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem then I will accept returns. Please return it within ten days of receipt in the original packaging and in undamaged condition. I will then refund or exchange it. Postage costs must be paid by the customer.
How to pay
Payment is made through this website. Payment must made at the time of purchase. Your orders will be held until payment clears. Please contact me if you are experiencing difficulties.
What are your postage and packaging procedures?
I aim to pack and post all orders within three working days of receipt of payment for items in stock. For custom order items I will contact you when it is ready for dispatch.
IN SOME CASES THERE WILL BE A DISCOUNT IN DELIVERY COSTS FOR ORDERS FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY PRIOR TO PAYMENT AND I WILL ALLOCATE A DISCOUNT. THIS IS ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT ARE BEING DELIVERED TO THE SAME ADDRESS.
UK ORDERS FOR DELIVERY INSIDE THE UK
UK customers will usually receive their orders for items that are in stock within 7 working days of ordering, often it is sooner.
Please note that I cannot take responsibility for the postal service. At busy times, such as Christmas, orders can take longer. Please allow extra time if possible at busy periods or for special deadlines such as birthdays, because delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
An order will not be considered lost in the post until one month has passed.
I take great care with packaging and your order will be wrapped as securely as possible. I have made every piece with love and care and I want it to arrive in perfect condition.
